| This camp is for returning Junior Rowing Team members and athletes who have completed the Novice Junior Rowing Camp who would like to continue their training throughout the summer.
The emphasis of this camp will be:
(1) to build each athlete's fitness level through strength training and aerobic workouts and,
(2) to diversify technical abilities by spending time in both sweep and sculling boats. Additional topics will include rigging basics, race preparation, video taping and review, and the transition to collegiate rowing. |
