4:45am: Athletes arrive at NAC

5:00am: Depart NAC by motor coach
-Breakfast/Lunch on the road (Bring your own money for fast food)

2:00pm: Arrive at Lake Merced
-Rig boats and practice

5:00pm: Board motor coach and depart to Best Western Lighthouse

6:00pm: Team dinner/meeting

10:00pm: Lights out

6:00am SHARP: Bus leaves for race site. (We are checking out
at this time. Please be sure your coach has your room keys and
remember to bring your luggage to the bus).
-Breakfast provided at race site.

6:30am: Coaches/coxswain meeting

7:45am: Novice races begin
-Lunch provided at race site

3:00pm: Last race
-Load boat trailers for home

6:00pm: Motor coach departs from Lake Merced to NAC.
-Dinner on the road (bring pocket money for fast food).

3:00am: Arrive at NAC (Pick up your rower).

** The team will be staying at the Best Western Lighthouse

**Select Athletes will travel from the Novice Regatta to the Redwood
Shores Invitational and will not return until Sunday, March 2nd.
Ask your coach if you have any questions.
