8:30am SHARP: Athletes arrive at NAC

8:45am: Depart NAC by motor coach
-Breakfast/Lunch on the road (bring own money for fast food)

5:00pm: Check in at Holiday Inn Express

6:00pm: Team dinner/meeting

10:00pm: Lights out

6:00am: Bus leaves for Race site. (We are checking out
at this time. Please be sure your coach has your room keys and
remember to bring your luggage to the bus).
-Breakfast provided at race site.

8:00am: Coaches/coxswain meeting

9:00am: Races begin
- Lunch provided at race site

3:00pm: Motor coach departs from Redwood Shores to NAC
- Dinner on the road (Bring pocket money for fast food)

12:00am: Arrive at NAC (pick up your rower)
