Ages 7-12 explore Newport Harbor from the water in a fun and safe outrigger canoe, SUP or kayak. Each camp runs one week.
Ages 13-17 play team building games on land and learn to paddle SUP in a fun and safe environment. Each camp runs one week.
Ages 13-18 learn the basics of rowing. This camp is a great introduction to the sport for both students interested in joining NAC's rowing team and those that want to try a fun summer sport. Each camp runs two weeks.
This camp is designed for returning team members and rowers that have completed the novice rowing camp.
This a fast paced weight training class that offers participants the chance to work multiple muscle groups.
Indoor Rowing
Get fit on the ergs at NAC. Use the mechanics of rowing to get a great work out.
Stand Up Paddling
Learn the techniques of SUP or join the group to improve your skills while getting an invigorating work out.
This program began as a mom's rowing team and has become a semi-competitve women's rowing team.
See Newport Harbor by moonlight. The group meets during and around the full moon each month.
